Lead high-quality design initiatives are in line with Frey Design’s standards Define and implement the aesthetic for various digital and print projects Mentor and oversee a team of designers, ensuring consistency and quality Engage in brainstorming sessions, client discussions, and design reviews Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other team members to deliver integrated solutions Ensure the best design practices and trends are adopted and shared within the team Design engaging visuals, including logos, icons, and infographics Furnish web development teams with design assets Qualifications & Skills: A compelling Design Portfolio showcasing expertise across both B2B and B2C segments Proficient in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InVision App Minimum of 2-5 years of experience, preferably within a design agency Strong foundation in typography, layout, and overall design principles Proven ability to multitask and thrive in an environment with fast turnarounds A bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage Ability to be on-site in Roselle, IL, for four days a week Team-player mentality with a proactive approach Benefits of working at Frey: Medical, dental, and vision Insurance 401K with company match Half-day summer Fridays (May through September) Hybrid office setting (in-office four days/week) 15 days of paid time off (PTO) Full bar with beer on tap at all times Fully stocked kitchen with groceries delivered weekly Apply Below Be a key player in our creative team at Frey Design.
