Position Overview
The Marketing Communications Professional is an individual contributor responsible for developing and executing marketing communications strategies that support brand visibility and sector growth. This role focuses on creating impactful marketing materials, managing communication channels, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of marketing communications experience, ideally within the agriculture or industrial technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, digital content, and other customer-facing assets.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement, demand, and overall growth.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications programs.
Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to inform strategic direction.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, including supporting booth presence and on-site logistics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–7 years of marketing communications experience, preferably within the agriculture or industrial technology sectors.
Strong understanding of marketing communications principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for events and industry engagements.
