12+ Month W-2 Contract position in Linthicum, MD Pay: $130 to $146 per hour based on relevant experience Position ID: 3691 An excellent position with a large international defense /aerospace company UI-UX Software Engineer 3 Please apply ONLY if you have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 8+ years experience United States Citizenship is required due to government contract requirement; we are unable to sponsor at this time. We can ONLY consider your application if you have: Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline 8 years of experience Working knowledge in one of the following languages: C++, WinForms Experience in developing UI/UX interfaces with legacy applications Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer to support an Advanced Technology Software Engineering Team. As a member of the Software Engineering department this person will work in a fast‑paced team environment alongside physicists, superconducting foundry engineers, and software engineers to make these technologies a reality. This position will serve on‑site at the Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL) in Linthicum, MD. DESIRED (not required) SKILLS: Experienced software developer that can support additional backend software development tasks in addition to UI/UX updates Experience developing WinForms applications and supporting complex legacy software suites Utilized Atlassian software suite Experience working within an agile scrum framework Duties and Responsibilities Design UI/UX to enable high user adoption of the final software product Collaborate with users to identify design improvements to reduce engineering effort of our new application Work with the software engineering teams to plan/scope work to be non‑interfering with fast‑pace project milestones No interview, relocation or living expenses provided Please send resume to apply@amarx.com - Amarx Search, Inc. - amarx.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
