energetic, mission-driven Communications Assistant
to help elevate outreach, strengthen donor engagement, and support community-based initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications Campaigns:
Support implementation of marketing plans, outreach campaigns, and communication strategies that increase visibility and engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales, HR, Program Teams, and Leadership to identify new opportunities for outreach, partnerships, and mission-driven growth
Fundraising & Donor Support:
Assist in initiatives to enhance donor engagement, support fundraising events, and strengthen community relationships
Content & Information Management:
Maintain clear communication across departments and assist in developing materials for donors, volunteers, and partners
Brand, Event & Outreach Support:
Contribute to branding efforts, charity events, trade shows, community engagement activities, and promotional materials
Media & Public Relations Assistance:
Help prepare success stories, community impact highlights, media outreach, and other communication assets

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
0–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit outreach, or related areas ( paid training provided )
Basic understanding of marketing principles: positioning, promotions, outreach, and market research
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and problem-solve effectively
Experience interacting with agencies, community partners, or marketing teams is a plus
