Join Pyramid Global Hospitality as a Communications Operator at the iconic Arizona Biltmore, a boutique luxury resort in Phoenix. This full‑time role offers flexible shifts throughout the day, night, weekends, and holidays, from 6:30 am to 11 pm. Overview
The Arizona Biltmore is a 39‑acre property with over 700 rooms, 200,000+ square feet of banquet space, 9 dining venues, a luxury spa, and 7 pools, including a 65‑ft waterslide. As part of the LXR Hotel & Resort collection, it provides guests with bespoke service and personalized adventures. Responsibilities
Answer calls from guests, directing them to the appropriate extension or room. Verify the guest’s last name for all room calls. Assist guests with directions and other required information. Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner, using proper grammar and spelling. Direct hotel staff to assist guests upon request. Handle all urgent matters or emergencies for guests and the hotel. Collaborate with hotel management and/or security to execute appropriate actions during emergencies. Document all emergencies accurately. Demonstrate dedication to minimizing injury risk to guests and associates, preventing property damage, and acting appropriately during emergencies. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong desire to make a positive impact on others. Outgoing and engaging personality. Computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting. Ability to stand for the duration of each shift. Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges from
$60,000.00
to
$64,000.00
