Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Email and SMS Marketing Specialist will be responsible for owning email and SMS marketing campaigns across our entire portfolio. From creation of automated flows, generating leads, analyzing marketing performance, and working within multiple software systems to drive sales, you bring a data-driven approach to digital marketing. You excel at designing communications and implementing schedules that maximize user engagement, and thrive in collaborative, results-focused environments. Core Job Responsibilities

Write and implement email and SMS marketing sequences across a variety of platforms and industries Set up workflows, triggers, custom values, tags, and conditional logic Track campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, booking rates) and adjust accordingly Identify gaps in automation and propose workflow improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with design and content teams to create cohesive messaging and optimized customer journeys About You

Required Experience

1-3 years of experience managing high-volume Email and SMS programs Deep knowledge of retention, lifecycle or CRM marketing Highly analytical with a strong understanding of key metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in an agency or multi-client environment Previous experience working with Braze preferred Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary of $70,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience Flexible, hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in-office, 2-3 days remote) Exposure to diverse projects and cutting-edge technologies Opportunity for learning, growth and advancement in a high energy, collaborative environment Health benefits and PTO package Legal work authorization in the United States is required for consideration for this position.
