We’re looking for a
Senior Media Planner
with strong cross-channel experience to support integrated media initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings hands-on digital expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate insights into high-impact media plans that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage integrated media plans across Broadcast TV, Cable, Print, Out-of-Home, and Digital (display, video, social, mobile, CTV/OTT).
Lead digital strategy recommendations and demonstrate in-platform execution experience (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs).
Review all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Build media plans, audience profiles, and buying directives based on research and performance data.
Analyze demographic and consumer data to identify and refine target audiences.
Calculate reach, frequency, and media mix effectiveness to guide planning decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure plans align with budgets, timelines, and campaign goals.
Present plans internally and externally, adjusting based on feedback and evolving objectives.
Monitor campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and inform future planning.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of media planning experience within an agency or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of digital media (display, video, mobile, social, programmatic).
Understanding of traditional media channels: TV, Cable, Radio, Print, OOH.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, and Canva.
Experience with Galeforce Media or similar platforms.
Familiarity with media research tools (Scarborough/Prime Lingo, MRI, Experian-Simmons, Comscore, Google Analytics).
Category experience in Automotive, Higher Education, Healthcare, QSR, or Retail.
Compensation $75,000 - $100,000
