We’re looking for a Senior Media Planner with strong cross-channel experience to support integrated media initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. The ideal candidate brings hands-on digital expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate insights into high-impact media plans that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage integrated media plans across Broadcast TV, Cable, Print, Out-of-Home, and Digital (display, video, social, mobile, CTV/OTT).
- Lead digital strategy recommendations and demonstrate in-platform execution experience (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs).
- Review all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Build media plans, audience profiles, and buying directives based on research and performance data.
- Analyze demographic and consumer data to identify and refine target audiences.
- Calculate reach, frequency, and media mix effectiveness to guide planning decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure plans align with budgets, timelines, and campaign goals.
- Present plans internally and externally, adjusting based on feedback and evolving objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and inform future planning.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of media planning experience within an agency or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital media (display, video, mobile, social, programmatic).
- Understanding of traditional media channels: TV, Cable, Radio, Print, OOH.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, and Canva.
- Experience with Galeforce Media or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with media research tools (Scarborough/Prime Lingo, MRI, Experian-Simmons, Comscore, Google Analytics).
- Category experience in Automotive, Higher Education, Healthcare, QSR, or Retail.
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000
