We’re looking for an experienced Associate Media Director to lead the planning, negotiation, and management of cross‑channel media campaigns for key client accounts. In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day client relationships, guide internal teams, and drive forward‑thinking strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels, including Broadcast, Cable, Print, and Out-of-Home.
- Build strong POVs and provide actionable insights through detailed media analyses.
- Review all work with precision to uphold high quality standards.
- Analyze demographic and consumer data to define and refine target audiences.
- Ensure flawless execution of all deliverables within required timelines.
- Oversee strategic and tactical execution for client media programs, including preparation of presentations (with internal review prior to client delivery).
- Partner with internal teams and clients to align on media objectives and strategies.
- Manage daily tasks that support media deliverables and keep projects moving.
- Evaluate media channels and tactics to determine the strongest mix for performance.
- Apply a strong foundational understanding of media metrics (Reach, Frequency, ROAS, Recency, Conversion Planning, Performance Marketing, etc.).
- Present media plans internally and to clients, adjusting as needed based on feedback.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience using MediaForce or related tools.
- Proficiency with media research platforms such as Scarborough/Prime Lingo, Experian‑Simmons, MRI, Comscore, Google Analytics, etc.
- Background in one or more categories: Automotive, Financial Services, Healthcare, QSR, Retail (preferred but not required).
- Strong skills in G‑Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Google Ads/AdWords certification or willingness to complete training.
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
