Growth & Marketing Lead

to take the reins on user acquisition and brand awareness. If you're passionate about growth loops, multi-channel campaigns, and building a household name from scratch, this is your chance to join as a founding team member, with

upside. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy across digital, local, and community-driven channels. You’ll own the full user funnel—from awareness and acquisition to engagement and retention. Tasks

Growth & User Acquisition Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. Build and scale acquisition funnels with a focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention. Launch referral and ambassador programs to drive organic growth. Run geo-targeted experiments to test and scale city-level acquisition. Brand & Awareness Develop and execute creative campaigns (digital + IRL) to get our name out across target neighborhoods and communities. Partner with influencers, content creators, and local media to build brand credibility. Create compelling messaging and positioning tailored to local audiences. Own social media presence and work with creators/designers to build consistent and engaging content. Strategy & Optimization Analyze growth metrics, user behavior, and market feedback to inform strategy. Work closely with product and design to optimize onboarding, UX, and engagement flows. Test, iterate, and scale what works, kill what doesn’t, fast. Requirements

Experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing for B2C products, preferably in a startup or marketplace setting. Experience in PR, influencer management, or events in the fashion/retail ecosystem Proven success running campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar platforms. Experience with brand building, influencer partnerships, and community marketing. A scrappy, creative, test-and-learn mindset, you can work magic with limited budget and big ambition. Benefits
