WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR As a member of the Experiential Production (XP) Team, you’ll support the production of experiential activations across diverse clients—mobile tours, major sponsorships, virtual experiences, and more. Team players with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and willingness to travel throughout the U.S. are essential. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute projects within budgets and timelines according to agency standards. Serve as client contact, assisting Business Leadership with relationship management and expectation alignment. Manage event components—activities, staff, reporting, post‑event tasks—for each account. Build a thorough understanding of client business objectives. Use agency tools to convey essential information (T&C, PO, production job starts). Solicit and share relevant job information with the team promptly. Develop knowledge of agency capabilities. Participate in managing project finances in line with policy. Establish effective relationships across multi‑disciplinary teams. Use agency resources efficiently. Mentor junior members and temporary staff. Negotiate event specifics with vendors and event organizers. Prepare reports for management and clients detailing program specifics. Participate in concept development and new marketing program meetings. Assist in budget and invoice management. Attend event advance meetings. Work on‑site at events. Support Momentum’s values. Perform any other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 1–3 years of relevant professional experience. Preferred experience as a production assistant or equivalent. Basic technical production skills desirable. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. Polished, professional demeanor; confidence and enthusiasm for the business. Proven success in project management and handling multiple priorities. Demonstrated history of effective working relationships across diverse teams. Understanding of agency processes, department functions, and workflow. Understanding of branding and brand value.
