Description Marketing & Brand Management invites applications for a Digital Content Producer to produce compelling photo, video, and graphic content that showcases the university’s academic excellence, vibrant student life, and campus culture. This role develops creative visual assets that drive engagement across digital and social media platforms, support enrollment goals, highlight alumni success, and strengthen the university’s brand identity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Capture high-quality videography and visual content related to campus events, academic programs, student life, faculty, and alumni specifically tailored to prospective students

Edit and produce short‑form videos, reels, and stories optimized for social media platforms and a prospective student audience, reflecting enrollment marketing strategies and goals

Create graphics, motion graphics, and visual assets that align with the university’s brand guidelines

Track, measure and articulate channel growth

Collaborate with writers, designers, and communicators to develop visual stories that resonate with prospective students to curate admissions‑focused channels

Contribute creative direction and fresh ideas to integrated marketing campaigns

Support admissions with visual content needs

Tailor visual content to each platform (Instagram, ZeeMee, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) for maximum impact

Stay current with design, visual and social media trends in higher education and digital culture

Assist in real‑time coverage of major events (commencement, athletics, campus traditions, etc.)

Ensure all visual content meets accessibility and brand standards

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, media arts, marketing, journalism, or related field; or equivalent professional experience

Two (2) plus years of experience in professional photography, videography, and/or graphic design

Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling skills across digital platforms

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse campus stakeholders

Flexibility to cover occasional evening/weekend events

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)

Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras lighting, audio, and video production equipment

Additional Information Position Number: 012760 Compensation Title: Media Information Specialist Bargaining Unit: FOCUS‑MFPE Work Schedule: Full‑time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week), Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 12 months/year Probationary Period: Six (6) months minimum Benefits Include: Insurance package, mandatory retirement plan, partial tuition waiver, and wellness program.
