Job Description Assist communications & training team with all items related to I-ERP communications, engagements and training, including (but not limited to):
Creation of communication strategies and plans. Global end‑user engagement strategies
Tracking and metrics. Development of internal communications for Purchasing and cross‑functional counterparts
Development of internal communications for leadership. Review and refinement of content developed by the team
Lead and develop scripting and logistics of the Tek Talks podcast and I-ERP Minute podcasts
Input to Corporate engagement strategies
Input to external (and public) communication strategies
Support the team to deliver impactful and inspiring content with an element of storytelling Training: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum for various IERP courses
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and Ms Team, both in‑person and virtually, to diverse audiences
Primary Skills Required: Communication management and strategic planning including developing Newsletter and podcasts. Primary Skills Preferred: Developing and managing training contents. Experience Required: Well versed in developing and executing training programs.
Skills and Experience Required 3 to 5 years’ experience in relevant field. Communications, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems.
3>Education Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering.

Lead and develop scripting and logistics of the Tek Talks podcast and I-ERP Minute podcasts: We seek candidates who can demonstrate not just participation, but leadership in the end‑to‑end process of podcast creation. This includes clear evidence of managing scripting, coordinating logistics, and ensuring successful delivery of audio content, ideally with examples of how these efforts supported business objectives.
Development of internal communications for Purchasing and cross‑functional counterparts: We are looking for candidates who possess a strong understanding of how to craft targeted, effective internal communications, particularly within a complex organizational structure involving purchasing functions and various cross‑functional teams. Demonstrating the ability to tailor messages, choose appropriate channels, and achieve specific communication goals is key.
Format and update training material: We need individuals who can showcase their ability to not only organize and present information clearly but also to strategically update training content to meet evolving needs, improve comprehension, or enhance engagement. Examples of specific projects and the impact of their work on training effectiveness would be highly valued.
