The Promotions Coordinator plays a key role in planning, organizing, and executing MotorCity promotions and special events. This position supports the Marketing Department by ensuring all promotional initiatives run smoothly, are accurately communicated, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is an on-site role—team collaboration happens in the office during standard business hours.

In This Role, You’ll

Coordinate and support the execution of MotorCity promotions and special events from concept to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent and timely communication of promotional activities.

Assist in the development of promotional concepts, formats, and materials.

Draft clear and accurate rules, regulations, and terms for promotions and events.

Maintain and update promotional calendars, timelines, and project tracking tools.

Monitor promotional budgets and expenses; assist with purchase orders, check requests, and financial documentation.

Respond to guest questions and concerns regarding promotions in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure all project deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in promotions, marketing, or a related field (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred (or other alternative as deemed appropriate).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
