Marketing Communications Officer

If this aligns with your values and you want to join a leader in the banking industry, we are hiring for a Bank Marketing Communications Officer that will create concepts, designs, marketing campaigns, events, and communications in a B2B environment that promote, protect, and propagate TIB’s messaging, its products/services and its brand – both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Extensive graphic design work assisting in the creation of bank wide marketing materials, customer-facing media, presentations, publications, and hosted events.
Copy‑writing for all areas of the bank, including news releases, newsletters, product brochures, annual reports, sell sheets, etc.
Develops and monitors targeted email and direct mail marketing campaigns.
Develops social media campaigns, with LinkedIn serving as the primary outlet.
Manages all bank, division, and subsidiary branding, logo design and usage.
Manages corporate, divisional, and product‑specific trademark filings, applications, records, renewals, and other necessary management.
Develops and executes strategies for creating and tracking effective email marketing campaigns.
Creates effective and professional presentations and presentation templates that promote the TIB brand.
Serves as a member of the Marketing Committee.
Assists with various TIB hosted events throughout the year.
Complies with all banking laws and regulations and maintains the confidentiality of bank and customer information.
Requirements Required
Proficiency in the Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Premiere Elements/Premier Pro, MS Office, and LinkedIn
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of management
Ability to multi‑task and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
Enthusiasm for being a team player
Minimum 5 years’ bank marketing experience
Some travel may be required
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
