Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and growth
Manage website content updates to ensure information is current, accurate, and aligned with campaigns
Oversee fulfillment of partnership deliverables across various marketing channels and event activations
Create and manage an organic social media content calendar across multiple platforms
Define and track KPIs for campaign success, regularly reporting to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on strategy, campaign planning, or execution
Strong expertise in marketing strategy development and integrated campaign planning
Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the youth sports industry and ability to apply that knowledge to marketing initiatives
Experience with CRM system HubSpot
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI
Background or working knowledge of multi-channel campaign management, including social, content, and events
