Responsibilities
Support the marketing team in preparing qualification statements and proposals, including research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and production (reproduction, packaging, delivery).
Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials including databases, schedules, client management documents, and other support materials.
Manage and update information in marketing databases.
Provide client lead tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes.
Miscellaneous marketing administrative support.
Requirements
Commitment to quality and strategy.
Flexibility and creativity in responding to clients (internal and external).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary, be willing to work overtime.
Resourceful and strong work ethic.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency.
Experience with Microsoft® Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
Preferred experience in the AEC industry with strong familiarity with proposal processes.
Compensation $56,523.00 – $75,364.00.
