Drive and manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including requisitions and job postings Exceed recruiting metrics related to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while ensuring compliance Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business goals Develop a recruiting brand and maintain a sourcing library of creative collateral Collaborate with other recruiters to share best practices and implement region-wide objectives What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales/marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Ability to manage multiple recruitment plans and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Agency/Search firm experience in recruitment Experience in sales/marketing recruitment Demonstrated success in proactive recruiting and networking skills Ability to influence and work within a matrix organization Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
