What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the redesign of the advisor recruitment experience to enhance brand engagement and drive word-of-mouth referrals

Create comprehensive materials for recruiters, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards

Conduct deep competitive analysis and positioning for key advisor segments to enhance market competitiveness

Develop a scalable advisor experience that effectively communicates the value of the Intelligent Wealth Management Platform

Support training initiatives and tools that empower the recruitment team to articulate the company's value proposition

What is Required (Qualifications)

6+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on B2B sales enablement

Demonstrated ability to work directly with sales teams and build strong collaborative relationships

Proven track record in creating comprehensive sales enablement assets, including playbooks and case studies

Experience in developing and scaling sales enablement programs with established processes and metrics

Strong background in go-to-market strategies, specifically for sales readiness in product launches

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with enterprise sales teams on complex, consultative sales processes

Understanding of wealth management, financial advisory, or fintech sales processes

Experience coordinating with external agencies to create experiential events or programs

Background in developing sales training programs and educational content

Proven ability to create memorable, branded experiences for prospects and customers
