Key Responsibilities



  • Manage all lead follow-up from digital ads, referrals, and events with timely, personalized communication.

  • Conduct sales consultations to convert inquiries into paid class registrations.

  • Build and maintain local partnerships with OB/GYN offices, hospitals, and prenatal/family-focused businesses.

  • Plan and execute local events and collaborations that increase visibility and generate leads.

  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing and agency teams to improve campaign performance.

  • Track and report weekly performance metrics including leads, conversions, and event ROI.

  • Attend weekly coaching calls as needed


Required Experience



  • Must be able to commute to the studio that is located in Mount Pleasant

  • 2+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience within the health & wellness, fitness, or infant programming industry

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.

  • Confident communicator who enjoys outreach, follow-up, and closing conversations.

  • Organized, proactive, and community-minded.

  • Passionate about supporting new moms and creating meaningful connections.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Momence, ClubReady, Mindbody, etc) preferred
