Senior Website Marketing Manager
Base pay range: $116,000.00/yr - $138,000.00/yr

Duties
Serve as the HubSpot expert to lead and optimize HubSpot web development, landing pages, forms, and calls to action to support campaign and lead generation goals.
Oversee web quality assurance and performance, ensuring assets meet brand, accessibility, and user experience standards.
Define and execute clear, compelling strategies to enhance the website’s role in demand generation and digital engagement.
Drive cross‑functional alignment between SEO vendors and content teams to improve visibility, traffic quality, and conversion rates.
Manage web updates and requests, maintaining an organized roadmap for improvements and maintenance.
Support campaign execution, email workflows, and automation within HubSpot, ensuring accurate setup and performance tracking.
Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies, analyzing performance data to guide optimizations.
Monitor and report on website and campaign key performance indicators, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain governance, documentation, and scalable processes for all web initiatives.
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with at least two onsite days per week.
Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub, including custom templates, modules, and workflows.
Strong skills in building and optimizing web pages, landing pages, forms, and CTAs to drive lead generation and engagement.
Working knowledge of HubL, HTML/CSS, and basic JavaScript; grasp of responsive design, UX, and A/B testing best practices.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, CRM integrations (Salesforce, ZoomInfo), and marketing automation workflows.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience building cross‑functional vendor partnerships to align digital strategies with business goals.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Adaptable and proactive; able to take ownership of projects in ambiguous environments.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, web management, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B technology or data center environment.
Hands‑on experience with web analytics tools (HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics) and data‑driven performance reporting; related certifications preferred.
Extensive experience managing HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub at an advanced level.
Success leading website optimization, conversion rate improvement, and marketing automation initiatives.
Experience collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders on web, SEO, and marketing technology projects.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Physical Demands Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, talking, hearing, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel is required.
Compensation Base salary between $116,000 and $138,000 annually. Eligible for an annual bonus and equity based on performance.
