Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate existing training and development programs to enhance the learning experience for employees.
Review learning and development operational strategies by analyzing trends, preparing critical measurements, implementing production, productivity, quality, and leading system improvements.
Evaluate organization strengths and weaknesses by reviewing current learning and development programs, identifying and analyzing performance problems and needs in business units.
Provide learning and development programs by developing and evaluating potential solutions, aligning solutions with organization strategies, and planning and organizing training and development.
Assess learning and development program results by tracking and analyzing performance results, conducting surveys, interviewing unit managers and employees.
Collaborate with various business units to create training materials that achieve defined learning outcomes.
Manage learning and development organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic direction, creating functional objectives in line with organization goals.
Coach and delegate work to lower‑level professionals to ensure high‑quality and timely completion of projects.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Key skills: Instructional Design & eLearning Development.
Training Needs Assessment & Performance Analysis.
Learning Program Evaluation & Improvement.
Participate in technology release demos and consult with business end‑users to document transactional tasks, create storyboards, etc.
Design and develop learning solutions to include online and instructor‑led courses, performance support materials, and videos, as needed.
Utilize development tools such as Evolve, Adobe Create suite (Fireworks, Photoshop, Premiere, Animate, Audition, InDesign, After Effects), and Vyond. Experience with other e‑learning tools such as Captivate and Articulate Storyline is acceptable.
Publish and install SCORM packs on the learning management system (LMS).
Maintain (update) existing solutions in Evolve, PowerPoint, Word, and Vyond.
University (Degree) preferred.
3 years required; 5 years preferred.
