About the Company Traild is a dynamic, fast‑growing SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable. Just as a bank provides always‑on risk protection for your credit card, Traild provides a similar level of security to help businesses protect their B2B payments from fraud, errors and mistakes. Our specialised Accounts Payable software integrates with leading business ERP systems such as SYSPRO, Acumatica, MYOB and IFS to help clients make their AP process more streamlined, automated and secure.

We have a rapidly growing client base, so you are about to board the rocket ship at the right time. This is an opportunity to make a real impact and, with your help, we can support more businesses digitise their existing operations with enhanced automation and security.

About the Role We are seeking a talented and driven Growth Marketing Lead to join our expanding Marketing team at Traild. In this role, you will shape and deliver our full‑funnel growth strategy—driving customer acquisition, deepening demand generation, and accelerating revenue across digital channels. You will take full ownership of Traild’s growth marketing function, leading end‑to‑end experimentation, optimisation, and execution to build a predictable, scalable pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Traild’s full‑funnel growth strategy, owning demand generation and digital acquisition across all channels.

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, and emerging platforms.

Run growth experiments to uncover new scalable acquisition opportunities.

Develop and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to attract, engage, and convert high‑quality leads.

Improve conversion rates through A/B testing, journey enhancements, landing page optimisation, and personalisation.

Build and manage automation workflows and personalised journeys in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

Analyse performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, attribution, and channel effectiveness.

Own funnel reporting and insights, driving improvements at every stage.

Partner with RevOps and Sales on lead quality, funnel metrics, scoring, and nurturing.

Manage all digital channels hands‑on, reducing reliance on external agencies.

Lead creative development, working with designers and writers to produce high‑impact assets.

Support cross‑functional growth initiatives and share insights across teams.

Who You Are You are a data‑driven, creatively minded growth marketer who thrives in experimentation‑led environments. You balance analytical rigour with inventive thinking, and you’re at your best when you can get hands‑on with channels, tools, and new technologies. You’re comfortable owning the full funnel, finding smart ways to accelerate pipeline, and moving beyond traditional playbooks to deliver measurable growth. This is a senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone ready to lead the function without managing a team.

Around five years’ experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or a fast‑paced tech environment.

Skilled in managing paid media across platforms such as Google, Meta, and YouTube, with a track record of driving results.

Strong analytical mindset, confident working with data, conversion metrics, experimentation frameworks, and performance modelling (CAC, LTV, ROI).

Hands‑on operator who thrives in environments where you can build, test, iterate, and optimise quickly.

Creative problem‑solver who experiments beyond standard channels and embraces new tools and technologies.

Proficient with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, including nurturing flows and lead scoring.

Effective communicator able to translate insights into clear recommendations and influence teams.

Comfortable working in a scale‑up environment with autonomy and pace.

Based in Australia or the US/Canada.
