The Position Director Customer Marketing
will lead customer and vertical marketing initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects and campaigns to increase brand recognition, market share, and revenue growth. The position reports to the Sr. Director of Vertical Marketing and is based in a BA Strategic Location on a hybrid schedule. The role includes people‑leadership responsibilities such as building a diverse team, recruiting, succession planning, retention, and fostering an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the customer and vertical marketing function, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow key verticals across the portfolio.
Implement project‑management methodologies, processes, and best practices specific to marketing projects.
Partner with COE teams to deliver world‑class content for events, campaigns, and demand‑generation activities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for new product introductions and global design models.
Set team targets and metrics that support revenue‑growth objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing project management.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of managing and delivering marketing projects.
Strategic thinking and results orientation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Relationship building with stakeholders.

Salary Annual base salary range in Connecticut and Minnesota: $169,000 – $211,000. Honeywell considers factors such as role scope, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions when determining an offer.
