About the role We are looking for an experienced

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our global SEO, GEO, and SEA initiatives. This role will drive organic and paid visibility across markets by managing internal teams and coordinating with external agencies both in India and abroad. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong executional skills who can align performance marketing goals with our broader brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, GEO, and SEA strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.

Define clear KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for all digital campaigns.

Partner with leadership to ensure digital marketing activities reinforce brand positioning and messaging.

2. Team & Vendor Management

Lead and mentor the internal digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Manage relationships with SEO/SEA agencies and vendors in India and abroad to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

3. Execution & Optimization

Oversee implementation of on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, keyword research, and technical SEO best practices.

Plan and manage GEO-targeted campaigns to strengthen local market presence and relevance.

Oversee SEA (Search Engine Advertising) campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, optimizing for ROI and conversion.

Continuously monitor campaign performance and lead data-driven optimizations.

4. Reporting & Insights

Track and report on SEO, GEO, and SEA performance metrics and ROI.

Present actionable insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in search marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands‑on expertise in SEO and SEA as well as managing people.

Proven experience managing cross‑border teams and external agencies.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into measurable digital strategies.
