About the Role We are looking for a
Sales & Marketing Campaign Coordinator
to manage our targeted “carpet-bombing” marketing campaigns. These campaigns are highly focused, directed at a select set of customers, and follow a structured process. The person in this role will take ownership of the campaigns from start to finish—ensuring all steps are executed on time, accurately, and with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Contact Identification & Research
– Assist in compiling and verifying customer contacts and contact information.
Campaign Setup in Salesforce
– Create campaigns within Salesforce, attach contacts to campaigns, and build out contact points.
Marketing Asset Coordination
– Work with the marketing team to develop, proof, and finalize campaign materials (emails, graphics, brochures, physical collateral).
Email Campaign Execution
– Oversee the sending of emails, track performance, and generate reports on engagement metrics.
Customer Touchpoints
– Write and sign personalized letters, postcards, and thank-you cards to accompany campaigns.
Sample Preparation
– Coordinate the preparation of sample entities to be included with campaigns, if required.
Mailing Coordination
– Manage the mailing of all physical collateral.
Campaign Reporting
– Prepare and deliver concise updates on campaign status and outcomes, including success rates and engagement (tracked through Salesforce).
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written communication skills with close attention to detail.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
Experience supporting marketing campaigns a plus.
Dependable, resourceful, and able to work independently.
