About the Role You will drive the storytelling behind our quarterly product launches, transforming detailed product information into simple, compelling narratives that connect with internal field teams and external audiences.

What You’ll Do

Craft overarching launch narratives and develop a unified storyline for quarterly releases.

Translate product detail into narrative, distilling technical details into engaging, accessible content.

Create high‑impact launch assets, including presentations, multimedia content, and speaker notes.

Establish and refine a scalable framework to partner with leaders and ensure alignment from start to finish.

Collaborate across Product Marketing, Product Management, Field Enablement, and Marketing to ensure release narratives are aligned and impactful.

Maintain consistency of all launch content with brand voice, positioning, and corporate narrative.

Measure effectiveness, track, and report on content engagement and adoption, using insights to improve continuously.

Qualifications

8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity.

Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages.

Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage senior management, program stakeholders, and business leaders.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with experience leading staff and cross‑functional teams.

High sense of ownership and accountability with a track record of navigating ambiguity and driving projects from concept to completion.

Analytical and detail‑oriented, passionate about building scalable processes that improve team efficiency and clarity.

Benefits & Compensation Annual base salary ranges: $147,000–$221,000 USD for eligible U.S. candidates (excluding SF Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Washington). Equivalent Canadian ranges are $117,000–$175,000 CAD. Okta also offers equity (where applicable), bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid leave, PTO, and academic leave.
