Job Description Organon is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Analytics Manager to join the Commercial Analytics & Insights team. This position directly supports a U.S. business unit and collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology to deliver actionable, data‑driven insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with large healthcare datasets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or other commercial data‑driven environments.
Hands‑on experience in Marketing measurement (MMM) and A/B testing.
Proficiency with large datasets and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous questions.
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non‑technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or other healthcare datasets.
Hybrid work requirement: 2–3 days onsite per week.
