As a **Security Officer - Media Patrol Specialist** in **Lebanon, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech-focused locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology and media facility, including the perimeter and sensitive areas.
  • Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.
  • Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies and/or drills by following established protocols.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activities through visible presence and attentive patrolling.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and observations as required by site protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
