- Monitor and coordinate communications for site personnel, assisting in the dispatch of resources as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with other team members to provide support.
- Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a technology-focused location.
- Document incidents, dispatch activity, and relevant communications accurately as required by site protocols.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification, and communicating with authorized personnel as needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site staff and visitors, relaying important information and instructions.
- Assist with emergency response activities by following established protocols and maintaining communication with necessary parties.
- Support Allied Universal management by reporting issues, concerns, or unusual activity observed during assigned shifts.
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
- Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
