VP Of Marketing
We're a leading B2B SaaS platform serving digital marketing agencies with an all-in-one reporting and client management solution. After reaching $25M ARR and 140+ team members, we're entering our next growth chapter: doubling revenue, expanding into new channels, and strengthening our brand as the category-defining leader. We're looking for a VP of Marketing to help us do just that. As our VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and evolving our marketing strategy to generate a predictable pipeline, support enterprise sales motions, and elevate our brand. This role requires a leader who has scaled B2B SaaS from ~$25M to $50M+ ARR, is obsessed with data-driven demand generation, and is ready to innovate beyond traditional channels. You'll lead a high-performing team across demand gen, content, performance, design, and operations, with deep cross‑functional ties to Sales, RevOps, and Product.
As The VP Of Marketing, You Will
- Own and evolve the demand generation engine across inbound, performance, and content channels.
- Deploy and optimize a $5M+ marketing budget to maximize pipeline efficiency and revenue impact.
- Drive marketing‑sourced pipeline targets in partnership with RevOps and Sales.
- Lead marketing mix diversification: balancing SEO and content with paid, product‑led, and partner‑driven growth.
- Maintain full command of funnel performance metrics and growth levers.
- Forecast, report, and improve MQL‑to‑revenue performance with clarity and precision.
- Build and scale ABM programs for high‑value enterprise and multi‑location accounts.
- Partner with Sales on ICP refinement, messaging alignment, and account‑based campaigns.
- Build out multi‑touch attribution programs and sales enablement assets.
- Launch targeted campaigns that resonate across verticals and stages of the buying journey.
- Translate marketing insights into actionable plays that support quota attainment.
- Lead top‑of‑funnel brand marketing strategy to grow awareness in our category.
- Oversee PR, thought leadership, and social campaigns that elevate company visibility.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch features and tell differentiated product stories.
- Refine messaging to position our vertical SaaS platform with clarity and authority in the agency market.
- Anticipate and respond to evolving marketing trends, including AI's impact on search and content.
- Test and scale emerging channels to complement core SEO and paid engines.
- Evaluate and adopt new MarTech and AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and team performance.
- Ensure demand generation remains resilient and future‑proof in a changing digital landscape.
- Lead and mentor a 15‑person marketing team, including functional leads in growth, content, CRO, and design.
- Set clear goals and unify the team around pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Foster a high‑accountability, experimentation‑forward culture.
- Represent marketing at the executive level and in meetings with confidence.
- Act as a close strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership.
- Preferably Toronto‑based, or willing to engage in meaningful onsite time with leadership and the team.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience, ideally in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3+ at the senior leadership level.
- Proven track record scaling from ~$25M to $50M+ ARR in a growth‑stage SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in inbound demand gen, paid performance, SEO / content, and brand marketing.
- Data‑first mindset: comfortable making calls based on funnel data and CAC / LTV models.
- Experience building integrated GTM motions with Sales and Product Marketing.
- Inspiring team builder and mentor with a focus on results, impact, and cohesion.
