Conduct compliance risk assessments and support audits related to marketing practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree; 4+ years of regulatory management or operational risk experience may substitute
Minimum of 3 years direct experience in consumer compliance, with familiarity in consumer lending and fair lending laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
Initiative and ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience understanding complex regulatory requirements and analyzing their impacts on business operations
Proven track record of maintaining positive and productive working relationships across departments
