Provide financial and analytical support to the Advertising business, maintaining financial models for forecasting revenue and costs Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis to identify key performance drivers Collaborate with the Ads Commercial team to analyze deal opportunities and their financial impacts Develop strong working relationships with business partners across the Ads group and proactively address potential roadblocks Improve reporting and operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation and scalability Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4+ years of finance experience, preferably in investment banking or Ads/Ad Tech finance Strong financial modeling and analytical problem‑solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) High degree of accountability and ownership with meticulous attention to detail Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial planning systems (Causal, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.), Tableau, or other BI tools Familiarity with low-code models using AI and automation to improve business efficiency Ability to influence business strategy and translate it into financial models We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
