Atelier Ace is the in-house creative studio behind Ace Hotels. We’re looking for a hands‑on

Marketing Web Engineer — equal parts web updater, tag wrangler, and light coder — to keep our sites fresh, fast, accurately tracked, and integrated with our Guest Experience AI app. You’ll live in CMSes, GTM, GA4, and pixels; ship clean site updates; and make sure our data tells the truth.

What you’ll do

Website updates (daily/weekly):

Update copy, imagery, modules, and landing pages across WordPress/Squarespace; manage promos, pop-ups, and offer pages for multiple properties.

Tracking & pixels:

Own GTM and GA4; implement and QA Meta, TikTok, Shop/Commerce, and partner pixels; maintain data layers; validate conversions and events.

AI app integration:

Embed and maintain the Guest Experience AI app (widgets, scripts, API keys); ensure correct data capture and consent handling.

Data preparation for AI:

Structure and format website data, user behavior signals, and content taxonomies to feed AI/ML models; ensure clean data pipelines for personalization engines.

Analytics hygiene:

Build/maintain tagging plans; run UTM checks; troubleshoot broken events; partner with marketing to verify attribution and fix gaps.

Light coding:

Write/modify HTML/CSS/JS for components, pop-ups, and micro‑interactions; debug front‑end issues; collaborate with engineering on small fixes.

Integrations:

Connect Revinate, Attentive/SMS, OpenTable, Shopify/Shop, and other third‑party tools via scripts and lightweight APIs.

Experimentation:

Set up A/B tests or simple experiments via GTM/CMS; report on outcomes and roll forward winning variants.

Vendor coordination:

Brief and manage external developers/agencies on scoped tasks; review deliverables and keep timelines honest.

Governance:

Maintain tag inventories, implementation docs, and change logs; steward consent mode & privacy requirements.

You’ll thrive here if you have

2–4 years

in web operations, marketing technology, or front‑end/analytics hybrid roles (agency or in‑house).

in marketing and web experience (no expertise required, but enthusiasm essential).

Comfort with rapidly evolving tools

and willingness to experiment with emerging AI platforms.

Clear written communication, fast follow‑through, and strong task ownership.

Python or Node basics for light automation; experience with Shopify/Shop or Revinate; knowledge of Attentive/SMS, OpenTable, or hospitality booking flows; comfort with Figma and component‑based design systems.

Understanding of

LLM APIs

(OpenAI, Anthropic, or open‑source models) and their practical applications.

How we’ll measure success

Accuracy:

Tags/pixels fire as intended; verified conversions; clean GA4 reports.

Velocity:

Site/content changes ship quickly and correctly.

Stability:

Fewer tracking regressions; clear documentation and change logs.

Impact:

Experiments and optimizations that move engagement and conversion.
