Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new product introductions across various retail channels.
• Partner with global/regional R&D and brand teams on the development of innovation for the U.S. market.
• Translate pipeline into launch calendars, marketing strategies, sell-in tools, and in-store activation.
• Roll out existing product portfolio into new customers and channels, ensuring tailored positioning and activation.
• Oversee marketing budget allocation, marketing activations phasing, and ROI tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership in beauty, specialty retail, or prestige consumer brands
• Strong track record of innovation and product launch management in the U.S.
• Deep expertise in go-to-market execution from strategy through in-market delivery
• Experience with portfolio/channel expansion and specialty retail sell-in
• Financial acumen to manage multi-million USD budgets
