Key Responsibilities
Specialty Retail & Professional Launches
Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new product introductions across Sephora, Ulta, Amazon and Hair Pro Channels.
Innovation Leadership
Partner with global / regional R&D and brand teams on development of innovation for the U.S. market and bring new products to life with consumer and professional relevance.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Translate pipeline into launch calendars, marketing strategies, sell-in tools and in-store activation.
Portfolio Expansion
Roll out existing product portfolio into new customers and channels ensuring tailored positioning and activation.
Budget & Campaign Phasing
