Overview

  • Lead the development and implementation of the firm's email marketing strategy.
  • Design and execute segmented, automated, and data-driven email campaigns.
  • Integrate email marketing with CRM systems, web, and social channels.
  • Establish processes, governance, and automation logic for email operations.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, technology, and compliance teams.
  • Optimize email deliverability and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop nurture programs to engage prospects and guide them toward conversion.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build and operationalize the firm's Pardot-based email marketing infrastructure.
  • Establish campaign processes, QA protocols, and performance standards.
  • Strengthen integration between email, website, CRM, and social platforms.
  • Plan, build, and deploy targeted campaigns for various audiences.
  • Develop nurture programs to engage lower-touch clients and prospects.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and delivery timing.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to refine segmentation and improve deliverability.
  • Define performance metrics and establish reporting cadences for leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of email marketing experience with enterprise-level platforms.
  • Expertise in Pardot or similar tools and CRM systems integration.
  • Proven ability to design and execute segmented, automated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, compliance, and data privacy.
  • Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and optimization strategies.
  • Technical knowledge of platform configuration and HTML/CSS for email design.
  • Familiarity with marketing data structures and cross-channel campaign coordination.
