This role focuses on creating and maintaining marketing materials for events, campaigns, and internal/external communications using existing templates, digital/social platforms, A.I. optimization and established guidelines. This role also assists with basic writing, content editing, basic graphics, and video production, and provides responsive support to field associates. Operating under direct supervision, the Marketing Communications associate is expected to manage routine tasks independently and escalates more complex issues when needed.
Provides strategic leadership in the development of the Western & Southern Financial Group (W&SFG) audiovisual function and capabilities. Identifies and works to integrate functional and/or technical opportunities to improve outcomes and/or lower costs across Business Units and Shared Services Units. Serves as producer-director, editor and set designer for a wide range of AVMM programs, responsible for overall production management, budget execution, and supervision of logistical details. Works directly with the chairman, president and CEO and other senior executives to enable and enhance their communications through audiovisual multimedia.
