Job Description We are looking for an Associate Manager, Veterinary Brand Marketing to develop and execute a veterinary social strategy and lead day‑to‑day marketing and communication efforts across all platforms. The role involves creating and distributing articles, white papers, and video content, supporting brand and product messages, cultivating veterinarian and influencer partnerships, and driving integrated marketing campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver brand projects on time and to high quality, meeting project deadlines.
Track and report on the effectiveness of brand content initiatives, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to scale content production.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, proactively communicating product status to key stakeholders.
Develop and execute the social media strategy, aligning the monthly calendar with the marketing plan.
Drive impressions, follower growth, and engagement through high‑impact programs and creative ideas.
Produce engaging content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms, including reels, videos, and posts.
Manage daily channel operations, scheduling, and proactive content planning with agency support.
Coordinate with teams and clients to gather content and approvals, ensuring timely delivery.
Write and edit compelling copy for all platforms, finalizing content with agencies.
Oversee shoots, content creation, and video production with agencies and teams.
Engage with communities to foster two‑way communication and amplify brand advocates.
Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new content and brand initiatives.
Manage brand projects end‑to‑end, from briefing through creative development and production.
Create and implement content strategies across awareness, conversion, adoption, and retention.
Plan and oversee the production of diverse content types such as articles, case studies, videos, and white papers.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with strategic goals, brand guidelines, and compliance.
Leverage content across multiple channels, including social media, YouTube, and email.
Translate internal requests into actionable briefs for agencies and manage tight deadlines.
Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners to drive brand awareness.
Collaborate with influencers to co‑create aligned content that amplifies our presence.
Provide market insights to Product & Engineering to influence hardware, software, and AI advancements.
Craft compelling, differentiated messaging for Veterinary Medicine decision‑makers and frontline doctors.
Analyze competitors, identify differentiation opportunities, and refine Butterfly’s positioning.
Drive demand generation and engagement strategies that accelerate lead conversion and revenue growth in veterinary sectors.
Equip Veterinary sales & distributors with training, tools, and messaging frameworks.
Develop case studies and best‑practice content with key customers.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in brand marketing, social, or content marketing.
Background in brand marketing, social, or content marketing.
Passion for unlocking creative potential of copy and removing roadblocks through planning and transforming complex requests into actionable tasks.
Receptive to constructive design feedback, able to iterate quickly and pivot when needed.
Strong love for writing and ideation, with a clear passion for social and strategic ideas.
Highly collaborative with cross‑functional engagement experience.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Hybrid work environment: office in New York City, NY, with part‑time in‑office (two or more days per week); some roles may require full‑time on‑site support.
