Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Media (Bilingual: English / Portuguese) – Remote Join Concentrix as a remote Customer Service / Tech Support Representative, providing support for media‑related products and services in both English and Portuguese. This role involves inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language

Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Be an amazing problem‑solver

Offer additional products and/or services

Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Qualifications

Fluent read/write/speak ability in Portuguese and English

3+ years of customer service experience

Technical support experience preferred

Strong focus on building customer relationships

Open availability

High school diploma or GED

Quiet, distraction‑free home environment

Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking

Eagerness to learn new technologies

Strong problem‑solving skills and probing questions

Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

Desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided

High‑speed internet (wired, no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Must reside in the United States
