Homewerks Worldwide develops, sources, and markets bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products for home and commercial use. Position Summary Homewerks Worldwide is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Product Marketing Manager to oversee product content, packaging, and creative execution across our branded and private label product lines. This role is responsible for managing product information systems, ensuring content accuracy, and leading the development of marketing assets that bring our products to life across digital and retail channels. The Online Content Specialist will report directly into the Product Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
PIM/DAM Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of product information systems (PIM), Salsify, to ensure accurate, consistent product data and digital assets.
Content Creation: Manage the development and organization of product content for use across packaging, digital platforms, and marketing collateral.
Artwork Process Management: Serve as the primary reviewer for artwork accuracy, layout, and compliance with brand standards.
Creative Development: Collaborate with internal graphics team and external partners to produce packaging, instruction manuals, and other creative materials.
Photography Oversight: Manage product photography planning, execution, and delivery for both eCommerce and marketing use.
Video Production: Lead the development and execution of product video assets with agency.
Instruction Manual (IM) Management: Oversee the creation, accuracy, and production of product instruction manuals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
10+ years of experience in consumer products marketing, ideally within the plumbing or home improvement industry.
Proven experience managing PIM/DAM systems, preferably Salsify.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Experience leading cross‑functional creative projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to communicate outside of business hours on occasion, including evenings or early morning calls with overseas factories to keep a project or task on track, as well as answer urgent questions.
