Reports to: Commercial Manager
Contract: Fixed Term– 9 to 12 months

This role will also provide marketing and event support to our sister property, Newtown Park Hotel, helping ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence across both hotels.
Role Overview The Marketing & Sales Executive will play a central role in sharing the Riverside Park Hotel experience with current and future guests, while also supporting the marketing and event activity of Newtown Park Hotel.
This position focuses on creating authentic, engaging digital and offline content, supporting event planning and promotion, and strengthening guest connections. With creativity and strong organisational skills, the role ensures that our presence online matches our brand values at all times.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Digital
Develop and publish high-quality content across websites, social media, and email campaigns for both Riverside Park Hotel and Newtown Park Hotel.
Capture the essence of each property through photography, video, and written content highlighting rooms, dining, weddings, and events.
Support the design and rollout of seasonal and promotional campaigns that drive bookings and guest engagement.
Work closely with hotel departments to ensure campaigns reflect the guest experience and brand values.
Monitor and respond to online interactions including reviews in a timely, caring, and professional manner.
Build trust and loyalty by ensuring all guest communications are warm, respectful, and solution focused.
Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Provide insights and recommendations to ensure marketing activity continually evolves and improves.
Maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all channels.
Uphold the value of “doing the right thing” by ensuring all communications are accurate, respectful, and guest-centered.
Coordinate marketing for the different departments such as Food and Beverage ,Weddings and our Leisure Club.
Manage internal signage across both print and digital formats.
Support the revenue team with ad hoc marketing tasks when required.
Attend trade shows.
Events
Support the planning and promotion of events at Riverside Park Hotel and Newtown Park Hotel.
Create content and campaigns that highlight event offerings, including weddings, conferences, and special occasions.
