Created: Aug 8th 2025# Creative Marketing SpecialistFull-time employeeMiddleboro, MA**About the Role:**We’re looking for an energetic and organized **Creative Marketing Specialist** to be the welcoming face of our company while managing and growing our online presence. This hybrid role blends digital creativity with outstanding customer service, offering a unique opportunity to be involved in both front-end business operations and behind-the-scenes marketing.**Key Responsibilities:****Front Desk & Administrative:*** Greet all visitors, customers, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.* Assist with answering phone calls; assist with general inquiries.* Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.**Social Media Management:*** Manage and post content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business, etc.).* Capture, organize, and publish job site photos and videos regularly.* Assist in writing creative and engaging captions to match project posts.* Respond to comments, messages, and social engagement in a timely manner.**Marketing & Content Creation:*** Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns.* Help plan, film, and edit short-form video content for YouTube and social media.* Maintain and update website content with outside firm that manages business website* Write occasional blogs for the company website* Develop a quarterly newsletter/mailing for our clients* Assist with the coordination and presence at all trade shows and industry events.**Community Relations Lead:*** Organize and lead internal events, workshops, and activities aimed at enhancing employee connections and promoting company culture.* Cultivate meaningful relationships within the community, actively addressing needs, providing resources, and promoting a sense of belonging through regular events, and outreach.**Qualifications:*** Prior experience or strong familiarity with all major social media platforms.* Basic photo/video editing skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Friendly, professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.* Self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.* Experience with audio and photo content management* Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred, but not required**Perks & Benefits:*** Monday–Friday schedule (occasional weekends for trade shows and/or community events)* Health & Dental Insurance* Paid Holidays & Vacation* Work in a fast-paced but fun and supportive team environment* Get hands-on experience in the trades, home improvement, and creative marketing**How to Apply:**Send your resume and any relevant social media or content samples to gm@beantownhi.com with the subject line: **Creative Marketing Specialist** **Application**.**Job Title: Creative Marketing Specialist**
