Global Marketing Manager, Atellica Assays – Cardiometabolic (Remote, EST / CST) We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to own the Cardiometabolic portfolio of the Atellica assay line at Siemens Healthineers. The role focuses on driving end‑to‑end product lifecycle, developing go‑to‑market strategies, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams globally.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of the Cardiometabolic product portfolio, from definition and strategic planning to launch, positioning, and post‑launch marketing.

Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and integrated campaigns to drive commercial success.

Ensure cross‑functional alignment (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to deliver differentiated, customer‑focused solutions.

Serve as a Cardiometabolic subject‑matter expert and gather market dynamics and customer insights to shape portfolio strategy.

Monitor and analyze competitive offerings, creating positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that differentiate Siemens Healthineers.

Translate customer needs into product requirements and design inputs, guiding development teams with voice‑of‑customer research and market analysis.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in‑vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space.

Proven end‑to‑end experience in market research, product definition, NPD support, launch planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and training development.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay.

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.

Global or international experience.

Work Environment: Remote.

Travel: Up to 10%.

Base Pay Range Minimum $125,920 – Maximum $188,880.

Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level.
