Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end ownership of the Infectious Disease product portfolio, from definition and strategic planning to launch, positioning, and post‑launch marketing.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and integrated campaigns to drive commercial success.
- Ensure cross‑functional alignment (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to deliver differentiated, customer‑focused solutions.
- Serve as an infectious disease subject‑matter expert for laboratorians, hospital administrators, and ministries of health; gather and interpret market dynamics and customer insights.
- Monitor and analyze competitive offerings; develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that differentiate our products and demonstrate value to customers.
- Translate customer needs into well‑defined product requirements and design inputs; leverage voice‑of‑customer research, zone input, and market analysis to guide development teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in‑vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space.
- Proven end‑to‑end experience including market research, product definition, NPD support, launch planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and training development.
Preferred
- Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay background.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Global or international experience.

- Travel: Up to 10%
Base Pay Range: Min $137,910 – Max $206,870
