Global Marketing Manager, Atellica Assays – Chronic Diseases (Remote)
Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Global Marketing Manager for its Atellica assays – Chronic Disease portfolio. This role will define, develop, and commercialize Core Laboratory Solutions (CLS) offerings that impact patient outcomes worldwide.
Your Role
- Own the full life cycle of the Chronic Disease product portfolio, from product definition and strategic planning to launch, positioning, and post-launch marketing.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns to drive commercial success.
- Ensure cross‑functional alignment (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to deliver differentiated, customer‑focused solutions.
- Serve as a Chronic Disease subject matter expert across stakeholder groups including laboratorians, hospital administrators, and ministries of health.
- Gather and interpret market dynamics and customer insights to shape portfolio strategy and inform product innovation.
- Monitor and analyze competitive offerings; develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that clearly differentiate our products.
- Translate customer needs into well‑defined product requirements and design inputs, guiding development teams with voice‑of‑customer research and market analysis.
Required Expertise
- 5+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in‑vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space.
- Proven end‑to‑end experience including market research, product definition, NPD support, launch planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and training development.
Preferred
- Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay background.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Global or international experience strongly preferred.

Base Pay Range
Min $131,910 – Max $197,870
