We are seeking a talented and motivated Brand Merchandise & Marketing Sr. Specialist to support our golf division’s growth. This dynamic, hands‑on role is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to develop skills across multiple business functions.

You will be responsible for executing product merchandising and go‑to‑market marketing initiatives designed to drive brand engagement, sales and profitability. About Unrivaled Teamwear

Each brand offers customers a premier selection of high‑quality garments and exceptional service for all sportswear needs. Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Merchandising Support

Product Line Support: Develop and execute seasonal merchandise plans, including assortment, pricing and placement. Inventory Coordination: Establish inventory levels, monitor performance and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery. Market Analysis: Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with planning, purchasing, catalog development, creative and production teams to align product offerings with brand strategy. Marketing Execution

GTM Tools: Conceptualize and develop marketing tools for sales partners, including sales sheets and product guides. Catalog Production: Lead the creation of seasonal product catalogs from concept to printing. Tradeshows and Events: Plan and execute industry tradeshows, including logistics and brand representation. Experience / Skills / Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of apparel merchandising or marketing experience (internship experience applies). Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Passion for golf and knowledge of the golf apparel market is a significant plus. Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop or InDesign preferred. E‑EO/AA: Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled.
