Graphic Designer – Marketing We’re searching for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visual concepts that communicate our brand, support marketing initiatives, and enhance customer engagement.

Overview In this role, you’ll be a part of our in-house graphic design team, driving concepts from the first spark of inspiration to the final, production-ready outcome—whether it’s a seasonal catalog, global campaign, retail experience, or digital launch. You’ll champion our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels premium, consistent, and rooted in sport.

Essential Duties

Create compelling visual assets including marketing collateral, social media graphics, web content, email templates, presentations, and print materials.

Develop and maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.

Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and ensure accuracy in color, layout, and specifications.

Assist in photoshoots, image selection, and basic photo editing or retouching as needed.

Translate creative direction, feedback, and brand guidelines into polished final designs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project requirements.

Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of professional design experience preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion or video experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and layout design principles.

Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.

Bonus points for experience in an agency setting.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
