What You’ll Do
Greet customers, listen to their service needs, and clearly communicate repair information.
Create and manage service work orders from start to finish.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate estimates, timelines, and repair completion.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process.
Handle warranty submissions, parts coordination, and documentation with precision.
Support the Service Manager and team in keeping the department organized and efficient.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Knowledge of service operations or mechanical background preferred.
Experience with IntelliDealer software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or service training is a bonus.
