Base pay range: $85,000 - $150,000 per year. Additional compensation includes annual bonus, sign‑on bonus, and equity.

Role Summary We are hiring a full‑time, in‑house performance marketing leader to own global user acquisition end‑to‑end. The ideal candidate will bring mid‑level agency experience and a desire for ownership, equity, and full autonomy.
What You’ll Own
Build and scale multibountry Meta campaigns across 150+ markets.
Architect targeting for both marketplace sides (viewers + streamers).
Consolidate structure to maximize algorithmic learning and reduce fragmentation.
Hit and maintain CPI, CAC, and activation KPIs for launch.
Creative Testing & Direction
Run A/B and multivariate testing frameworks.
Work with creative resources to develop new hooks, storylines, formats, and short‑form edits.
Localize 60+ variations using a voiceover‑first localization strategy.
Analytics & Attribution
Build and maintain event funnels across iOS/Android (install → signup → request → stream completed).
Optimize with CAPI, pixel configurations, and cross‑platform tracking.
Report test learnings, scaling opportunities, CPI trends, and cohort insights.
Scaling & Growth Ops
Scale spend while maintaining efficiency (initial $30 K+/month).
Lead budgeting, pacing, forecasting, and country prioritization.
Develop launch playbooks and continuous optimization systems.
Ideal Candidate
Age 22–26, mid‑level at a top agency (Power Digital, Tinuiti, Wpromote, etc.).
Managing $300 K–$1 M/month budgets but caught between senior buyer and strategist roles.
Strong quantitative thinker with competitive drive.
Desire for more autonomy, ownership and equity upside.
Ready to run one product instead of 30.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of algorithm‑friendly account structures.
Ability to design and run fast‑iteration creative testing.
Solid measurement instincts (iOS ATT, funnel visibility, attribution).
Capable of turning data into strategy and strategy into execution.

0.5% equity over 4 years.
